Group Policies

Request for group reservations are accepted up to five years in advance. Once your reservation is confirmed, a deposit equal to $20 per person ($500 minimum) is due. 180 days before your arrival date, an additional $20/person deposit is due. Another deposit of $20/person is due 90 days prior to the start of your conference.

Deposits are refundable (less a $100 processing fee) if the conference is cancelled more than 180 days prior to the start of the conference.
