Custom designed menus from themed brunches and buffets to elaborate 4-course dining are a specialty of Executive Chef Alessio Giannuzzi. Full-service banquet amenities including tables, chairs, standard linens, china, silver, glassware, set-up and clean up, are all included in Asilomar's special event packages. Additional arrangements for audio-visual, decorative, floral and entertainment services are available upon request.
